| | | 1. How can I participate in the program Business Rounds as a “Hosted Buyer”?
Register in the Business Rounds zone at www.feriacosmobelleza.com, the information will be checked and will be chosen according to the following criteria:
- Annual Revenue
- Distribution areas
- Distributed brands
- International Business Potential
2. What does the “Hosted Buyer” Program includes?
- Round Flight to Cosmobelleza & Wellness 08 (Barcelona)
- 2 days accommodation in a 4/5* Hotel
- To be in the distributors zone of our magazines and web site
- Entrances and discounts for your company and clients for Cosmobelleza & Wellness shows, congresses and workshops
- VIP entrance that allows you the entrance to all trade show events (speakers, workshops, Shows, congresses, etc)
- Transfers to the hotel – trade show – hotel
- Business Rounds – Appointment agenda (12 appointments in 2 days) in which you choose who you want to meet.
3. What is not included in the “Hosted Buyer” program?
- Travel Insurance
- Private Transfers
- Food and Beverage
- Flight Upgrades
- Hotel Upgrades or additional nights accommodations
- Extra Personal
4. What am I committed to do as a “Hosted Buyer” ?
“Hosted Buyers” are committed to attend the pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors previously chosen by you, on February 23rd and 24th 2008
5. How can I select the companies I am interested on having an appointment?
Once logged into the Hosted Buyer Zone, click ‘Select Pre-Scheduled Appointments’. Select the exhibitors you are interested in. You may search alphabetically, by the exhibitor’s name, by country, or by exhibitor name.
6. How are my appointments made?
You must make 12 to 20 preferences, in order of priority. Approximately one month prior to Cosmobelleza & Wellness, you will receive by e-mail the appointments agenda considering the companies you selected.
7. How can I view my travel accommodation details?
The travel information will be send by e-mail, once you confirm we will send the e-tickets and hotel reservation details by e-mail
8. What should I do if I need to change my travel and/or accommodation arrangements?

9. When will I receive my flight tickets?
E-tickets will be issued by e-mail approximately two weeks prior to the show as part of your itinerary doc. You should present your passport and E-ticket reference at check-in.
10. When will I receive my badge?
Your badge and 2 entrances will be sent to you by post approximately two weeks prior to the event. If it does not arrive before you travel to Cosmobelleza & Wellness, please go to the Registration desk in the Business Rounds area inside Fira Barcelona, they will provide you a replacement badge.
11. What do I do if I need to cancel my attendance?
If you need to cancel your attendance in the Business Rounds as a “Hosted Buyer” you must provide written notice by e-mail rondasdenegocios@cosmobelleza.com and you should receive a confirmation via e-mail
- Cancellations received on December 15th or before will have no charge.
- Cancellations received between December 15th and January 7th will incur a fee of 300 euros.
- Charges will be debited form the credit card details you have provided.
12. What happens if I can not go to the show at the last minute?
If you are unable to attend Cosmobelleza & Wellness and do not advise us in writing prior January 7th 2008, you will incur a fee of 700 Euros. Charges will be debited from the credit card details you have provided, this charge also applies if you do not attend to the 70% of your pre-scheduled appointments.
