| | How they work? | It will be held on February 26th and 27th 2011, in the frame of Cosmobelleza & Wellness.
Private Meetings of 20 minutes between distributors and manufacturers of your choice, in this way you can optimizes your personal agenda adding value to your visit to Cosmobelleza & Wellness. These meetings allow the focus on the common interests and the establishment of future actions. Procedure Once you have registered and received the confirmation e-mail, we will provide you a user and password, using them you should select 12 exhibitors of your interest. This will be chosen through the exhibitor's search that will be sent later.
With your selections, Cosmobelleza & Wellness will make the agenda for February 26th and 27th (half day), the rest of time you can freely visit the trade show and all the events. The assistance to all of the appointments is a must.
Cancellation If you need to cancel your participation in the “Business Rounds” program you should send an e-mail to: rondasdenegocios@cosmobelleza.com and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Cancellations received before December 17th will have no charge.
- Cancellations received between December 18th and January 18th will incur a fee of 300 euros.
- Charges will be debited from the credit card details you have provided.
No Show If you are not able to attend the event, and you did not send previously the cancellation notification before February 4th, the charge will be of 600 euros, and will be debited from the credit card details you have provided.
This charge also applies if you do not attend the 70% of your appointments.
